President Yameen has invited President Maumoon to work together to serve the nation.
Speaking at a rally held last night to mark the 5th anniversary of PPM, President Yameen said that he would have been very happy if President Maumoon was at the rally.
“The rally would have been a happier event if our party president was with us. The rally is a bit dull because he is not here” said President Yameen. President said that he came to know that there are some problems within PPM on last Fitr Eid. He said that he tried hard to solve these problems without any success and the party was brought to a standstill. President said that, PPM should not be in such a situation.
President said, at last two parliament members of the party filed the case to court. He said that it was taken to court so that the court can provide a fair solution after listening to both sides. President said that the members did not file a case against the president of the party, but rather filed a case to solve a problem. President Yameen thanked the members who filed the case.
