Lhaviyani Huravalhi Resort is to be opened next month. Huravalhi Resort has the largest underwater restaurant in the world.
The resort consists of 60 ocean villas and 30 beach villas. All the rooms in the resort will either have a view of the sunset or the sunrise. The resort is owned by the government and Champalaas.
The underwater restaurant will provide views of marine life while guests eat at the restaurant. The restaurant can serve up to twenty-four people at once. The resort is developed in an environmental friendly way. Majority of the electricity used at the resort will be generated by solar panels.
The resort is 40 mins away from Male’ by seaplane.
