AIDS cannot be stopped with money : Religious scholars

Some Maldivian religious scholars have said that AIDS cannot be prevented with money and the only way it can be prevented is by following Allah’s Verses, the Quran.

Speaking to Miadhu News, scholars said that if money could prevent AIDS, the disease will not spread in some of the richest countries in the world. He said that if money prevents AIDS, billionaires would never get Aids too.

According to these scholars it will be very easy to prevent AIDS by following Quran. They further said that non muslim groups try to hide these facts to deviate muslims from their religion.

Even in Maldives AIDS is spreading at fast rate even though the government refuses to publicize this information.

A lot of young drug users in Maldives engage in prostitution to get money to buy drugs and this is a leading cause of the spread of AIDS.

Even WHO has expressed concerns over the spread of AIDS in Maldives.
