President Maumoon requests EC to provide a letter confirming that he is the President of PPM

President Maumoon has requested the elections commission to provide a letter confirming that he is the President of PPM.

A letter sent to the President of EC, Ahmed Sulaimaan by Maumoon says that he needs a letter because the Civil Court requested to provide a document which can verify that Maumoon is the President of PPM. In addition, he also requested to provide minutes of the first congress held by PPM in 2013.

Meanwhile, Civil Court has ordered PPM to handover the administration of the party, to President Yameen the chief advisor of PPM.
