Mr.Pactrick Tillou the Deputy Political Chief of USA to Maldives have met with Qasim Ibrahim the leader of Jumuhoory Party.
Sources confirmed to Miadhu News that they met to discuss about various problems in Maldivian political scene.
Meanwhile, recently the SG of UN Mr.Ban Ki Moon urged all political parties to engage in dialogue with the government to resolve various issues they are facing.
Even in the first round of talks, JP announced that they are ready to participate in dialogues without any demands. They have also submitted a list of representatives from the party who will take part in the dialogues as requested by the government.
