Shia sermons will not be complete without slandering Umar (ra), Aishath (ra) and Aboobakr (ra) : Sheikh Zaid
Sheikh Ali Zaid have said that a Shia sermon will not be complete without slandering the first and second Khalifa Aboobakr (ra) and Umar (ra) , and Aishath (ra) the most beloved wife of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Sheikh Zaid said that the accusations made by Shias on Umar (ra) Aboobakr (ra) and Aisha (ra) has no basis. He said that the Prophet's life and their life story shows how esteemed they are. Both Aboobakr (ra) and Umar (ra) received the good news of attaining paradise while they were alive. Hence, slandering them is not something a Muslim will do.

Sheikh Zaid said that Aisha (ra) is a pure woman and it is mentioned in the Quran as well. However Shias and munaafiqs continue to slander her without any regard to the verses of Allah. Sheikh Zaid said that the prophet commanded Muslims not to put the prophet in a high regard like the Christians do of Prophet Eesa. "They sometimes claim that Jesus is son of God. Some say that Jesus is God. This is not something Muslims should do" said Sheikh Zaid.

Sheikh Zaid said that Ali (ra) is also a very pious person and a Khalifa of the Muslims. Also, he is the nephew of the Prophet and the husband of the Prophet's daughter. He said that even though, Muslims should not hold Ali (ra) in an unusually high regard.

Sheikh Zaid advised muslims to refrain from the invented practices of the Shias.

Sheikh Zaid made these statements in a religious lecture organized by Al Kaun TV and Miadhu News.
