Sri Lankan Airlines has given a huge gift to the people of Addu. They have started a special promotion where return tickets to Colombo from Gan will be available for 198 dollars only. The promotion will go on from 24th December till 31s January.
Sri Lankan started this promotion while the school holidays are about to end, but those from the southern atolls who wants to travel to Colombo for new year shopping will benefit from this promotion. Tickets should be purchased before 22nd of this month.
Before direct flights between Colombo and Gan were started, those who wanted to go to Sri Lanka from Addu had to spend around 500 dollars.
