There is no benefit in passing resolutions against Israel by the security council of the United Nations. If we compare these resolutions to fireworks, we can say that fireworks has more merit than these resolutions. With fireworks we can see some light and beautiful scenery. These anti-Israeli resolutions by UN has no such effect even.
But there are some similarities between fireworks and these resolutions. When resolutions are passed world media will give a lot of attention to it. The same way, fireworks are placed you can hear it very loud and it draws a lot of attention. In this manner fireworks and these resolutions are similar.
Yesterday world media kept reporting that the UN security council passed a resolution against Israeli settlement in Jerusalem. Also that 14 out of the 15 countries voted for it and that USA did not veto the vote. Today the media is reporting that Israel does not accept this resolution and will continue the building of settlements.
No country has the power to prevent Israel from doing as they wish. Even if President Obama’s administration is supporting this resolution now, thousands of Jews settled in Palestinian land during Obama’s administration.
The only way to solve this problem is by all muslim nations uniting against Israel and USA. If Muslims cannot donot unite, any resolutions by the UN will not bring any real change.
