MD of HDC Muhammad Simon have said that 54 buildings have been developed in the industrial zone of Hulhumale’ in the last two years.
Simon said that before 2014, only 45 plots were developed in the area. However starting from 2014, 54 buildings have been developed and are now providing services. He said that this is a huge achievement.
“We have leased 120 plots from the industrial area. Right now services are provided from 99 of them. Developing 54 plots within 2 years is a huge achievement” said Simon.
HDC is doing a lot of work to facilitate the development of land plots leased for industrial work from Hulhumale’.
