President Yameen have said that Maldives will treat other countries like Maldives is being treated. He also said that the country will attain development through hard work and production of different things.
Speaking at an event held by PPM last night, the President said that a country’s size is not determined by the geographical size of the country or by their power. “In UN we can give only one vote. Even USA can give one vote” said the President.
President said that the projects conducted by his government will not develop the infrastructure but it will develop the country as a whole.
“We are developing airport not only for jets to land. But also to create jobs for the youth. In the past three years, every year 200 million Rufiyaa was allocated for the youth ministry and it was spent on the youth. That is why the youth are progressing in the country” said the President.
President said that the airport development project is not an imaginary project and it is being developed even now and even the bridge is being developed like that.
President said that his intention is to develop the country and to compete with other nations in the world stage. He said that he will achieve this.
