Champa brothers have made 2 world records beneficial to the Maldives !

Champa Hussain Afeef and Champa Muhammad Moosa (Uhchu) have made two world records that are beneficial to the Maldives.

The first record was made by Hussain Afeef. This was by opening the first underwater restaurant in the Maldives at Rangalhi Resort. Afeef made another record last year by opening the only resort in the world which is completely powered by renewable energy.

After that Champa Muhammad Moosa Uhchu have developed the largest underwater restaurant in the world to compete with his brother.

The restaurant was developed by a company from New Zealand and is located 5.8 meters under the sea. The restaurant is called “5.8 under sea” and is the largest underwater restaurant in the world to be made from glass. The restaurant has a capacity for 24 people.

Champa Uhchu jokingly said that, this was competition between him and his brother. “ Now my brother is saying that he is planning to develop rooms under the water. When he does that, I will make even bigger rooms” said Uhchu.
