PPM has decided to hold a mega rally on 4thFebruary at Alimas Carnival to award the tickets to candidates who won the PPM primary for local council elections.
The secretary general of PPM Dr.Abdullah Khaleel said that more than 500 candidates will contest on a PPM ticket and independent candidates will also contest with the support of the party. Dr.Khaleel said that PPM has the record of holding the largest political rally in the Maldives and this rally will also be of that magnitude. President Yameen will personally handover the party tickets to the members during the rally.
The campaign manager of PPM NImaal said that this will be the beginning of the campaign and it will conclude on 8th April. He asked as much people to participate in the rally. Nimal said that PPM candidates will win with a super majority in the elections
