Pakistani embassy in Maldives provides financial assistance to Autism Association
Pakistani embassy in Maldives has provided Autism Association with financial assistance. In a ceremony held at Autism Association, the embassy donated 73,248.65 Rufiyaa.

The cheque for the money was handed over to the association by Pakistani Ambassador to Maldives Vice Admiral Saeed Khavaar Ali Shaah. The managing director of Autism Association Ifham Hussain accepted the cheque on behalf of the association.

The money will be used to buy teaching materials and stationaries for the newly built building of the Autism Association in Hulhumale’.

Last August, the Chinese embassy also donated 8000 USD to the association. They said that the money will be used to pay for therapies, to pay fees, and for things such as paying salaries of the teachers.
