Maldivian Ambassador Designate to UAE Dr.Hussain Niyaz’s name has been submitted to the parliament for approval.
After the letter sent by the president to parliament was announced at the parliament, the speaker of the parliament sent the case to national security committee for further research.
At the moment, the non-resident ambassador to UAE from Maldives is the Maldivian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Abdullah Hameed.
Dr.Hussain Niyaz has a lot of diplomatic experience and is now working at the foreign ministry. Dr.Hussain Niyaz also worked as a Deputy High Commissioner previously.
