Hanimadhoo council have said that they plan to lease 72,000 square feet of land for tourism related purposes.
An announcement by the council stated that, they plan to lease land for those who want to invest in tourist hotels, guest house, and other tourism related businesses. The announcement called for interested parties to propose bids.
Bid document will be available during the pre-bid meeting held on 20th of this month at the council’s office. Those who want the bid document should pay 5000 Rufiyaa as bid security and those who fail to attend the meeting cannot bid.
Hanimaadhoo council says that they will provide further information during the pre-bid meeting.
