Spokesperson of the President Yameen 2018 campaign office, Ibrahim Muaz Ali has questioned whether it is PPM’s fault that MDP activists are joining PPM.
Muaz said that senior MDP activists of MDP are not only ready to join PPM but also willing to campaign for President Yameen on TV. “Is that our fault” questioned Muaz. He said that even now various former MDP activists are now active in PPM and in near future more MDP members will join PPM.
“Why is this happening ? No one wants to revolve around one person. People want changes. That is why we are seeing this. They say that they are finding ways to leave the party and are requesting to join PPM. So if this is called forcing to join PPM, then they should tell us something else to call this too” said Muaz.
“Activists of MDP or activists of party of Muhammad Nasheed joining PPM is not our fault right? “ said Muaz.
