Saudi Arabian Embassy gifts Al-Haafiz Ahmed Nabeeh with USD 1000 and a Mushaf !

Saudi Arabian Embassy in the Maldives has gifted Al-Haafiz Ahmed Nabeeh with USD 1000 and a Mushaf. He was given these gifts during a ceremony held yesterday at Saudi Embassy. The Deputy Ambassador to Maldives Mathrick Al Dhosary handed over the gifts to Nabeeh. The ceremony was attended by Nabeeh’s mother and father.

Nabeeh was expelled from school for having a disability. However, he memorized the Quran just within three months. Meanwhile, Islamic University of Maldives has offered a scholarship to Nabeeh to study in the field of Quranic Studies up to a master’s degree.
