Indian Ambassador to Maldives, Akhilesh Mishra have said that the government of Maldives trusts Tata company.
He made this statement while speaking at the ceremony held to lay foundation for Naadhee and Odeon flats. He said that Tata being contracted to develop flats in two key locations of Male’ is proof that the government trusts Tata. He said that the government of Maldives and the people of Maldives are optimistic with Tata.
He said that the flats should of a standard that matches the expectations of Maldivians and he asked Tata company to develop the apartment buildings in such a way that will signify the relations between Maldives and India.
He also asked Tata company not to break the trust of Maldivian government and the people. Tata is the largest real estate company in India and they have projects in India and Sri Lanka.
