JP has decided to hold a ceremony this week to award tickets for JP candidates contesting in the local council elections.
Speaking to the press after the council meeting held at the party office today, the Secretary General of the party, Ahmed Sameer said that the council has decided to hold the ceremony within this week and the exact date will be announced later.
Sameer said that 94 candidates from the party will contest in the elections this time. Sameer said that the party will assist the areas that JP manages to win.
