Regulations on air travel to Maldives has been amended. According to the amendment made by immigration, if a Maldivian enters Maldives with a foreign passport and wishes to leave Maldives with a Maldivian passport, that person can leave Maldives with a Maldivian passport.
However in that situation, an exit stamp will not be stamped on the foreign passport according to the amendment.
