MP for Makunudhoo, Anara Naeem have said that most people are concerned about attaining justice and the judicial sector as a whole.
She said that Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was sent to establish justice in the society.
“The prophet Muhammad (SAW) was sent to implement justice in the society. Hence, in a country justice is the most important pillar” said Anara.
Anaara said that she does not believe that people have access to justice and fairness in Maldives and even the people of Maldives do not believe this. She said that justice should be established in the society but that does not happen in Maldives.
“In Maldives when you commit a crime the punishment given is very different. Only some people are prosecuted” said Anaara.
