MP for Kinbidhoo constituency Abdullah Riyaz have said that he always calls to prioritize laws and there is no hatred that can be created from that.
Speaking to Miadhu News, Riyaz said that the police suspect him of spreading lies and incited from that. He said that since he did not receive details of the case, he is not sure what lies they are talking about.
Riyaz served as a soldier and as a policeman for 25 years. He said that he never said anything baseless and incited violence.
“In the recent press conference, I took part, I asked everyone to act based on the laws and to respect the laws” said Riyaz.
If we look at Abdullah Riyaz’s life it can be seen that he spent his whole life under a pledge to protect and serve the nation. He constantly brings up to abide by the pledge when he talks maybe because of his history as a solider and a policeman.
Riyaz’s phone was confiscated by the police last night with a court order.
