PPM have stated that the party is structured in a way that the party will function even if one specific individual is not there.
Speaking at a press conference held today, officials from PPM stated that membership is increasing day by day and party activities are expanding as well.
They said that, they have started visiting atolls to campaign for the local council elections yesterday and campaign rallies were held in some islands last night. In addition, they said that as time permits, the campaign teams will visit all islands of Maldives and there will be permanent teams active in Addu Atoll and Hdh Atoll.
Members of the campaign team includes Housing Minister Dr.Muizzu, Abduh Raheem Abdullah, PG leader Nihaan, Riyaz Rasheed, environment minister Thoriq, and Dr.Abdullah Khaleel. PPM stated that the permanent committee in Addu City will be headed by tourism minister Moosa Zameer.
