MD of Hajj Corporation, Yameen Idrees have stated that their aim is to give 10 percent profit to the members who deposit money with the corporation.
Speaking at a ceremony held last night to celebrate the achievements of the corporation in the past three years, Yameen said that their target is to give 10 Rufiyaa as profit if someone deposits 100 rufiyaa to the corporation.
Yameen said that the corporation will invest in areas which are permissible in Islam and will increase their streams of revenue. He said that the profits will be shared with the investors.
In addition, he said that the corporation still faces challenges in taking people to Hajj and President Yameen always helps in resolving the problems they face. He also noted that different government institutions and private individuals also help the corporation.
The chief guest of last night’s ceremony was defence minister Adam Shareef Umar. In addition, founding member of the Hajj Corporation Dr.Shaheem Ali Saeed and senior officials of the Saudi Embassy took part in the ceremony.
