Qasim Ibrahim who was arrested last night will be taken to court today at 3:00 pm for a remand hearing.
Hisaan Hussein of Qasim’s legal team said that even though the police records does not show Qasim’s arrest police facilitated them to meet Qasim.
Hisaan said that Qasim denies all allegations made by the government against him. She also said that Qasim is in good health and will be taken for a remand hearing today.
SG of JP Ahmed Sameer said that JP requests everyone to gather near the criminal court to show support for Qasim.
