Villimale’ Hospital have stated that a dialysis unit is to be established in the hospital and they will start providing the service within a month.
The director of the hospital, Ahmed Zahir said that there are two dialysis machines in the hospital and they are still bringing some other equipment needed to provide the service. He said that this equipment will arrive next month.
In addition, he said that they are training nurses at the hospital to specially deal with patients who need dialysis.
“Two nurses have completed training and two others are training now” said Zahir.
