Police has concluded the search of Villa Building and has given a statement saying that they did not find any evidence related to the investigation.
As part of the investigation police searched Qasim's house Maafannu Villa and Villa Building. However they did not find anything.
Police is still investigating Qasim for "influencing parliament members, for trying to create a bad image of the government and for trying to influence the police and the judges".
The last place police searched was Villa Building. Qasim said that for him it would be better if they search really throughly. He said that he did not commit any of the crimes the government is accusing him of. He said that no matter how much his premises are searched nothing will be found. “There cant be any evidence against something which has never happened. I never did a crime and will never do.”
Qasim said that he will give police the opportunity to search as much as they want and that he will be relieved to do so.
