MP for Dhiggaru constituency Faris Maumoon has been summoned to the police.

Faris was summoned to the police at 10:00 am in the morning today. A media official of the police said that he was summoned regarding an ongoing investigation. However the official did not reveal any details.
Faris has been summoned to the police station for questioning in the past few months. He was also summoned to Anti-Corruption Commission for questioning. Meanwhile, police have said that they have sent his case to PG for prosecution.
