Qasim has a bigger heart than his body : AK

Former Home Minister of President Maumoon’s government, Abdullah Kamaaludeen have said that JP Leader Qasim Ibrahim has a heart bigger than his body.

AK said that when Qasim was travelling around the Maldives in 2013 campaign, he brought changes to his schedules when he had to help people from different islands he visited even though he was very busy.

He said sometimes Qasim offered his own speed launch to transport sick people to other islands for treatment when they had no way of going.

Abdullah Kamaaluhdheeen said that many people requested for assistance for their personel life from Qasim and he helped them and did not ask for their votes. “when they requested to take part in campaign he responds by saying that it is up to them” said AK.

He said that few leaders in the world has traits like this and it should be noted.
