Ahmed Saud the registrar of Jumuhoory Party, has been arrested when he asked the police not to touch him.
Secretory General of JP, Ahmed Sameer said that all citizens have the right to ask not to be touched and he does not believe that one should be arrested for exercising this right.
Sameer said that soon Saud will be charged with obstruction the duty of police. He said that this is just like the sedition law of the previous constitution, famous Law number 38 which enables to frame every one.
Sameer called the government to free Saud immediately.
