Deputy Leader of JP, Ameen Ibrahim have said that he is not surprised about the verdict made by the High Court regarding Qasim Ibrahim’s detention.
Ameen said that when he learned about the verdict last night, he tweeted and the verdict was exactly like he tweeted.
Ameen said that righteousness will always win against injustices and it should not be doubted. He said that this is the time for all Qasim’s supporters and those who wish well for the nation to work together.
“Where are the judges who were making verdicts however they want? Are they in the courts anymore? But the people who are being oppressed are still here aren’t they?” questioned Ameen.
