There have been no reports of unrest despite the various problems in today’s elections.
Voting was delayed in many stations. A lot of people went early morning to vote early however they were unable to vote and hence many left the voting stations without voting.
In some ballot boxes, there were unnecessary documents even. Elections Commission stated that they are trying their best to conduct the elections without any problems.
MDP noted that there was a rally by PPM yesterday after the campaign hours were over. An MDP activist said that they have video which shows the pickup driving past the police HQ. However there was no unrest regarding this issue either.
