President has decided to continue Aasandha as it was earlier

Spokesperson for the President’s Office Ibrahim Muaz Ali has said President Abdullah Yameen has decided to continue national Health Insurance scheme as it was provided earlier.

Last Saturday midnight Aasandha Company’s Board announced tha they have decided to discontinue Aasandha services from all Private Hospitals and medical centers.

People were really concerned about the decision since even at present there is a long Que at the Government Hospital to receive health services. Hence President/s decision to continue Aasandha services at Private centers will give a big relief for the people to reeive medical treatment.

Government has passed a huge budget of about 800 million to provide Aasandha services for the year.
