Not matter how much opposition leaders are intimidated, reform works will go on : Sameer
Secretory General of JP Ahmed Sameer said that no matter how much opposition leaders are intimidated reform works will go on and the people will not stop working to earn back their rights.

Sameer said that Qasim being freed even with some conditions, is a huge win and a huge encouragement for the people to work against the government.

He said that Qasim was detained for 19 days unjustly and based on a fake intelligence report. He said that Qasim should be compensated for the injustices he faced for 19 days but there is nowhere to go for it.

In addition, Sameer said that even if all opposition leaders are arrested the work done by the opposition to get justice will not be stopped and it will go on. He said that the number of people joining the opposition is increasing day by day.

Even President Yameen criticized police intelligence reports. Hence people are worried that political leaders are being detained just based on police intelligence reports.
