JP to go to court after Elections Commission bans JP flag and logo .

JP has decided to go to court after the Elections Commission decided to ban JP logo and flag.

The decision was made during a national council meeting held last night. The council decided to temporarily stop using the flag and then take the case to the court.

Council member Ali Solih said they have answered the letters sent by EC regarding the matter. In addition, he said that the logo and the flag of the party were approved in the national congress of the party held in 2008. He said that both the logo and the flag has been registered at the elections commission. He said that if they are to bring any changes to the flag and logo, they should get approval from the party’s congress.
