High Court has decided to hold appeal case hearing of Ahmed Mahloof on 8th June while his jail sentence will be over within 4 days.
On 9th June his current jail term will be over while his 6 months jail sentence for obstructing the police ended on January. However, the verdict on the appeal will be made on Thursday’s hearing.
Mahloof was sentenced to 6 months in jail for illegally entering in to an area cordoned off by police. The High Court started the appeal case hearings only after his jail sentence was over.
At the moment Mahloof is in court for trying to flee from police custody. He was jailed for 4 months and 24 days for this crime.
