One of the most important events organized by Islamic Ministry for this year’s Ramadan is the inter-institution Quran competition.
A total of 10 institutions are taking part in the competition. Those include Islamic University, national university, and Avid College. Media official of Islamic Ministry, Ahsan said that this competition will help students of universities and colleges to show their skills.
This is the first time such a competition is being held in Maldives and since it will be a good opportunity for everyone. Ahsan said that Islamic Ministry is conducting various programs to make sure people of Maldives can recite Quran beautifully. He said that this competition is also one such program.
