Former MD of STO Adam Azim have said that the allegations against him are politically motivated.
Instead of taking Azim to the court to make a decision regarding his detention, the police freed him. Speaking to the media Azim said that he will not do anything unlawful and will never do it.
“The work we are doing will be successful in future. We are doing what is right. We are working in accordance with the laws. We will do this every day. We will not stop for a second” said Azim.
Azim’s lawyer said that they asked him to be present at the police station today. “Just now they showed us a court warrant. It says that Azim should go to the police station to give an audio sample of his voice because the police is investigating what Azim talked about on Sangu TV. We have acted in accordance with the court order” said his lawyer.
In addition, the lawyer said that at the moment, police are talking with the PG but they have not informed what they are planning to do next.
