Islamic Ministry have announced that 25th June will be Fitr Eid for Maldives.
Deputy Islamic Minister Sheikh Ibrahim Ahmed said that it was decided that tomorrow is Fitr Eid after moon was sighted in major Islamic countries. Moon was not sighted in any islands of Maldives.
Islamic Minister Dr.Ziyad Bawir advised everyone to remain committing good deeds like Ramadan and asked to fast for 6 days in Shavaal.
Tomorrow is Eid for Maldives !
