MP for Makunudhoo constituency Anara Naeem have said that job security and injustices are great concerns of many people.
Speaking to the press at M.Kunooz Anara said that today a very important endeavor full of hope has been started. She said that the opposition coalition is working in the best interest of the people.
“The people have many concerns. Politicians being charged and criminalizing political statements are issues that people highlight” said Anara.
In addition Anara expressed concerns over the jail sentence of Sheikh Imran. Anara said that while the parliament is one of the three branches of the state the role of the parliament is very important. “ Hence the speaker of the parliament should play an important role to correct the affairs of the nation. Members of parliament brought various national issues to the attention of the speaker of parliament. They requested many times to right these wrongs” said Anara.
Furthermore she said that things went to this level because no work was done for reform.
