According to some sources governor of MMA is planning to resign next week.
However governor Azeema did not confirm this news.
Media official of MMA Mansoor Zubair said that he did not receive any information that she is going to resign.
Meanwhile her husband Dr.Ali Naseer has been nominated as the Maldivian Ambassador to USA, UN and non-resident Ambassador to Canada.
Hence it is likely that she is resigning to move abroad with her husband.
Azeema spent many years of her career at MMA and served well. She was appointed as the governor when the previous governor Fazeel Najeeb resigned.
