Muni Investments have started sale of apartments from Fitron Residence.
Fitron Residence consists of two towers. There are 95 apartments in each tower. That is 28 sea view apartments, 54 city view apartments and 13 garden view apartments.
There are one room apartments, two room apartments and 3 room apartments. Each apartment will have an additional maid room. In addition, other facilities in the residence includes swimming pool, gym, car park and cycle park.
The kitchens in the apartment will have a “Muni” kitchen system. Special discount will be given for bedroom and living room furniture. In addition, they will provide custom made furniture as well. The cost of an apartment is between 1.6 million to 5 million Rufiyaa.
The sale of apartment was officially started by the governor of MMA Dr.Azeema Adam during Maldives Financial Expo.
