The Criminal Court has decided to begin Faris Maumoon’s case tomorrow.
Faris is the MP for Dhiggaru constituency and he is being charged for illegally using the logo and flag of PPM. The trial will begin at 11:30 am tomorrow.
The court has handed over all related documents to Faris Maumoon now. If Faris is convicted of the crime he can be jailed for 9 months and 18 days. Hence, it can be reduced or increased based on the circumstances.
