MP Faisal Naseem of Kaashidhoo constituency is being treated ADK Hospital after sustaining injuries during the confrontation with the police this afternoon.
Sources say that there were disputed among police in allowing parliament members to enter the parliament secretariat. In addition police used force to prevent members from entering the parliament building.
MP Ibrahim Mohammed Solih the PG leader was also seen on lying on the street. In addition MP Shareef of Maradhoo constituency also sustained injuries.
This is the first time in the history of parliament where parliament members were prevented from entering the parliament building.
