JP leader Qasim Ibrahim has been asked to arrange lawyers and his hearing is to be held tonight.
During the hearing held this morning at the Criminal court Qasim requested 10 days to arrange lawyers however the judge said that it cannot be arranged because even now Qasim has a legal team.
Qasim was discharged from the hospital yesterday after being admitted at the hospital for 9 days. He was given a summon order yesterday and a preliminary hearing was held this morning.
The judge said that the case will not be considered as a new case and is a continuation. Previously the case was presided over by three judges but now only Judge Adam Arif is presiding over the case.
A lot people say that the courts will not be just towards Qasim.
