JP leader Qasim Ibrahim’s hearing at the criminal court has been rescheduled because of his ill health.
Qasim’s lawyer Hisaan Hussein said that the trial was rescheduled when the judge realized that Qasim was in a bad condition and that his condition would not allow him to answer during the hearing.
Qasim’s hearing tonight was closed to the public.
On 16th of this month Qasim was admitted at the hospital due to a sudden illness. Till yesterday he was admitted their and got discharged yesterday. The court sent him a summon order as soon as he was discharged.
Qasim went to the court in the morning and the court gave until tonight to appoint lawyers.
Qasim attended the court both the times with the help of other people.
