Opposition parties have expressed concerns about the possibility of ‘evidence’ being planted at Kunooz. A statement released by the joint opposition states that they are afraid that police might plant something at Kunooz during the search operation at Kunooz. They said that the opposition have taken over Kunooz.
The statement further states that, the police issued a statement last Tuesday saying that they have finished searching and it states that they did not find any evidence. However, it says that the police is still not allowing anyone to enter Kunooz and that police said that they are still searching Kunooz under the previous court order.
Opposition parties stated that since police issued a statement saying that they have finished searched, the previous court order will no longer be valid. The opposition parties called the police to handover their office to conduct political activities.
Police got a warrant to search the premises to find evidence of opposition’s plans to overthrow the government.
