Ruling coalition parliament members question why the opposition members are taking part in committee meetings after obstructing the parliament session.
MP Yameen of Velidhoo constituency said that the same type of work done in committees and even in the session of the parliament and if they do not like parliament sessions to be held it is questionable why they are taking part in committee meetings.
Yameen said that the government still holds majority in the parliament and even the government can do things inside the chambers. He said that however they are not doing such things because they want stability.
Yameen said that things can be done lawfully in the parliament and nothing can be done with force and outside of the regulations.
