MWSC has been awarded with ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certificate. A ceremony was held at Champa Central hotel today to award the certificate to MWSC. The chief guest of the ceremony was Tourism Minister Moosa Zameer.
The main purpose of achieving this certificate is to have a systematic approach towards taking risks instead of making it part of the quality management system. From now on, MWSC will plan for risk reduction instead of acting when something happens. This will improve the service given to the customers.
Furthermore, even if a problem occurs the speed at which the problems get solved will increase and it will be solved in a systematic manner. In addition, the regulations under this system will help the staffs to get used to this system.
MWSC says that their aim is to provide services to their customers in a sustainable manner.
