MTCC have made a revenue of 341.5 million Rufiyaa in the second quarter. This an increase of 11 percent. Even though the revenue increased they made a profit of 24.5 million Rufiyaa.
This an increase of 300 percent compared to the 5.8 million Rufiyaa profit made in the first quarter. In last year, they made 29.2 million Rufiyaa in the same period.
In this quarter, the company did trades worth 341 million Rufiyaa and in the first quarter it was 306 million Rufiyaa.
Company records show that the company spent 271.8 million Rufiyaa on trade and they made 69.7 million as profit.
According to MTCC their revenues, spending and profits increased due to the ongoing projects all over the Maldives.
